a. History: Forceful vomiting, typically nonbilious, and beginning at 3 to 6 weeks of age.

a. Physical Exam: Firm mass at the lateral edge of the rectus abdominis muscle in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen, approximately the size and shape of an olive.:
